What did the papa tomato say to the baby tomato?

ok so this is my catch up blog.

Day 4 (September 28th) was a hot, muggy and long day.  I had seminar at school...  I didn't do much exercising.  I walked all over campus but no real physical activity.  I did ride my bike for a mile and a half (not much at all!)

Day 5 (Sept 29th)    Mom came to visit.  She called me when she was leaving Zebulon, so I went out for my run.  Distance 2.4 miles.  Time 36:50 minutes including warm up and cool down. 

Day 6 (Sept 30th) Sunday was spent recouping from my crazy busy saturday. 

Day 7  (Oct 1)  I bumped up to week 2 workouts.  This is walk for 2 minutes.  Run for 1 minute.  All i have to say is OUCH!  Distance 2.2 miles.  Time 37:54 minutes.  OMG it was rough.  and it's my own fault.  i didn't warm up or stretch properly because the weather was threatening.  It was either run now or not at all. 

Day 8 (Oct 2)  I am recovering from yesterday's run.  My hip was really bothering me, like it wasn't in the socket right.  I have walked all over the place today and have no plans of doing anything more physical.  My shins are very tender.  I shaved my legs this morning and kept jumping when i went over my shins.
