From your Blog go to customize (top right) then add a page element, click on add link. There, you can put in the URL for other people's Blogs and give it a name.
Yeah, I agree; this one is a bit confusing. Maybe it'll get easier as we experiment with it.
i found a way for my blog to email me when i post. i'm sure i could add your email (as you could add mine) so we know when we all post blogs.
